Transmission Warranty
RW Transmissions, DBA BuyaTransmission.com offers a limited warranty. RW Transmissions is required and limited to the obligation of the repair and replacement of its products. There are no further warranties outside of this stated warranty policy. You agree to hold RW Transmissions, DBA BuyaTransmission.com harmless to fo consequential damages, personal damages, property damage, and incidental damages. Warranty starts from the original purchase date. The warranty includes the following, the rebuilding of transmissions will be limited to replacement of hard-part damage, gaskets and seals, and friction materials.
Torque Converter Installation Understanding
The torque converter must be installed properly, securely and fully onto the pump gear. If installed improperly the transmission will not engage. If improperly installed, damage to the pump gear may be possible.
Return Policy
All returns must request an RMA and prior approval. RMA’s can be requested by contacting our customer support phone line, or by completing the request for RMA form found on our website. RW Transmission LLC, DBA, BuyaTransmission.com are not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with international shipments. All returned items must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Proper return information must be included. The package should contain your address, phone, contact name, email, address, and your items authorized return RMA information.
Refund Policy
Refunds only apply to stock units. Units that are considered special order are non-refundable unless there is adequate reasoning and evidence that there may be a problem or fault with the unit. Returns will be accepted for 7 days and are subject to a 29% restocking fee. Refunds will not be given until the return of purchased items in original, unused condition. No refunds will be given for missing items.
Warranty Transfer Policy
This transmission warranty is non-transferable. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
